Within 13 months of working together, a new anti-harassment policy was created to protect the employees and the employer, followed by the creation and implementation of reporting and accountability systems and processes.

A global company in more than 60 countries was experiencing high levels of racism in the workplace. Multiple women of color had left the organization and the company had had to payout large settlements. Because of this, they called me in for consulting services to design a global DEI program specific to the processes and culture within their company.
In less than a year of working together, 7 women of color were promoted, the board of directors led a search to expand and diversify, and they received $50M more in funding in part to do DEI work globally.

A university with 34K+ students that had become a minority-serving institution was experiencing a massive drop in retention because of the disparity between the curriculum, climate on campus, and the identity of students of color.
Within 12 months of working together, we designed leadership programs for students of color, led faculty DEI training programs, and designed a culturally relevant academic curriculum. These changes resulted in greater retention, increased engagement, and academic outcomes for students of color.
